Meet Sigmund.
The 8-year-old German shepherd mix is a big fella weighing 115 pounds. He has been patiently waiting at the Humane Society of Broward County in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for many months for someone to pick him.
Sadly, he is constantly overlooked due to his age and size. Sigmund has a huge heart and is ready to find a loving home to spend his golden years.
They wrote, “Sigmund is too big to be living in a kennel and deserves to live out his golden years in a calm and loving home. Do you have room in your life for this beautiful big boy?”
Sigmund would love a forever home, but he would even be happy to find a foster home or even go on a sleepover. He just wants to spend some time away from the shelter.
