Waddesdon Manor is a 16th-century French chateau located in the village of Waddesdon, in Buckinghamshire, England. It was built by Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild between 1874 and 1889 as a weekend residence for entertaining and to house his collection of arts and antiquities. The manor is owned by the National Trust and managed by the Rothschild Foundation.
